Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of learning and talent development initiatives across IGTD, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Coordinate learning programs, registrations, surveys, communications, and events with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create learning resources, facilitator materials, job aids, and communications; analyze feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Gain hands-on experience with learning tech and AI-enabled tools like Copilot and LinkedIn Learning.
