You will work with a mentor, develop reporting using Excel and PowerPoint, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn how finance supports business strategy.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; interested in AI/automation in reporting.
Passion for improving patient lives through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Support strategic finance projects linked to the Annual Operating Plan and key business priorities.
Analyze revenue, profitability, spending, and performance trends to identify insights.
Collaborate with finance mentors and stakeholders to develop decision-support materials and recommendations.
Use Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and process efficiency.
