Responsibilities

• Create and update training plans and policies for the Hub.
• Align maintenance activities with the Site Manager.
• Support trainers during training execution.
• Conduct training for apprentices and existing employees.
• Coordinate and execute all maintenance activities in the Hub.
• Participate in administrative staff meetings.
• Travel to other plants in North America for training delivery.
• Troubleshoot and manage facility issues.
• Administrate the Maintenance LMS (Amatrol).

Main Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Learning Managers to create and update training plans, forms, policies and procedures for the Hub
• Align all maintenance activities with the Site Manager
• Support trainers during training organization and execution
• Conduct training for apprentices and existing employees
• Coordinate and execute all maintenance activities in the Hub
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars
• Travel to other plants in North America for training delivery (15%)
• Troubleshoot and manage facility issues
• Administrate the Maintenance LMS (Amatrol) and conduct evaluations

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED
• Experience: 5+ years with ALPLA technologies and maintenance procedures
