ALPLA Lima Plant in Lima, Ohio offers an apprenticeship program in maintenance. You will gain hands-on experience with molding machines, perform preventive and minor corrective maintenance, and learn safety standards in a global packaging company.

Qualifications

• Performs basic-skilled maintenance activities to support essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintains molding machines and performs minor modifications.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance with guidance.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs under technical supervision.
