Intermountain Health Cassia Regional Hospital in Burley, Idaho is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to provide leadership and clinical expertise on their shift and department. You will coordinate unit resources and ensure appropriate staffing, while serving as a role model of professionalism.

The role involves assessment, development of care plans with interdisciplinary team, delegating to staff, ensuring compliance, and guiding continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start date.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit Specific Certification (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Experience in the assigned clinical area.
• Mentoring experience.
• BSN required within four years of hire/promotion.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the interdisciplinary care team on the shift.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
• Delegate and manage staff to meet care goals and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
