Job summary

Spectra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst (Estimator) to support construction projects ranging from $3M to $80M at Knolls Site, with potential work at Kesselring Site. The incumbent will develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track progress, perform risk analyses, resolve conflicts, and generate management reports.

DOE L clearance is required before start. Additionally, you will analyze budgets and workforce estimates, assist in developing portions

Qualifications

• BS degree and 5+ years of experience in project analysis or estimations.
• Active DOE L clearance required before start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera.
• Track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress.
• Prepare performance metrics for management and customers; process change controls; submit reports.
• Identify resource conflicts; analyze budgets and workforce estimates; develop parts of the Program Management Plan.
• Support meetings, issue change controls, and prepare closeout reports.
