Job summary

Spectra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst (Estimator) to support construction projects ranging from $3M to $80M at Knolls Site, with potential work at Kesselring Site. The incumbent will develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track progress, perform risk analyses, resolve conflicts, and generate management reports.

DOE L clearance is required before start. Additionally, you will analyze budgets and workforce estimates, assist in developing portions

Qualifications

• BS degree and 5+ years of experience in project analysis or estimations.
• Active DOE L clearance required before start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare performance metrics for management and customers; process change controls; submit reports.

Spectra Tech is hiring a Project Analyst (Estimator) to support construction projects ($3M-$80M) at Knolls Site, with possible support for Kesselring Site as needed. The PA will develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress using project management techniques. Responsibilities also include preparing performance metrics for management and customers, processing change controls, and submitting reports. Additional tasks involve identifying resource conflicts, analyzing budgets and workforce estimates, developing parts of the Program Management Plan, supporting meetings, issuing change controls, and preparing closeout reports.

Proficiency in scheduling software, preferably Primavera. Experience managing financial information.

Coursework or experience in project management, experience analyzing performance to plan, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in technical writing to author or support submittals. Proficiency with business intelligence software (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.

Education/Experience:

BS and 5+ years experience.
