Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Project Analyst in Niskayuna, NY. The successful candidate will develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, monitor progress, and perform risk analysis to keep projects on track for DOE/DOD contracts.

Responsibilities include preparing performance metrics for management and customers, processing change controls, submitting reports, and identifying resource conflicts while analyzing budgets and workforce

Qualifications

Coursework or experience in project management.
Experience analyzing performance to plan.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in technical writing.
Proficiency with business intelligence software (PowerBI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress using project management techniques.
Prepare performance metrics for management and customers, processing change controls, and submitting reports.
Identify resource conflicts, analyze budgets and workforce estimates, and develop parts of the Program Management Plan.
Support meetings, issue change controls, and prepare closeout reports.
