Job summary

Citigroup seeks a hands-on Technical Lead to steer the Enterprise KYC platform built on Fenergo. You will direct design, development, and integrations across Citi's global divisions, acting as the technical authority for Fenergo configurations and extensions.

Responsibilities include leading design reviews, shaping data models, and delivering robust API-driven integrations with internal systems while maintaining regulatory compliance and high test coverage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale fintech environments.
• Hands-on configuration, rules engine, and integration with Fenergo or similar CLM/KYC platforms.
• Proven ability to lead technical design reviews and be the solution authority for a vendor platform.
• Strong API design, microservices, and data transformation engineering skills.
• Experience mentoring distributed engineering teams, including offshore/nearshore partners.
• Deep understanding of KYC regulatory requirements and compliant system design.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior engineering authority for the Fenergo CLM platform.
• Lead technical design reviews with Fenergo and drive architecture discussions.
• Oversee configuration and custom extensions on Fenergo workflows.
• Guide data models, policy rules, and document management capabilities.
• Design API-driven integrations and data pipelines to connect Fenergo with internal systems.
• Ensure robust integration tests and regulatory compliance in implementations.
• Mentor engineers and offshore/nearshore partners on technical decisions.
