Job summary

DCG Poland is actively recruiting for a senior role focused on translating complex business and regulatory needs into implementable GKYC solutions. You will drive requirements engineering, support delivery across the lifecycle, and ensure readiness before releases, acting as a bridge among Business, Architecture, Development, QA, and Operations teams.

We seek professionals with strong English, experience in financial services, and familiarity with onboarding, periodic reviews, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience in Process Modelling and Agile Delivery Practices.
• Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with Dependency Management, Release Impact Analysis, and Change Impact Analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of API and Integration Concepts.
• Experience in Data Mapping and Data Analysis.
• Understanding of Microservices and Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of KYC / AML and Customer Due Diligence processes.
• Familiarity with Onboarding, Periodic Reviews, and Regulatory Change Delivery.
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Translate business, regulatory, operational, and customer needs into implementable solutions within the GKYC ecosystem
• Drive requirements engineering activities across delivery initiatives
• Support solution delivery and execution throughout the lifecycle
• Ensure solution readiness before implementation and release
• Act as a bridge between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme stakeholders
• Analyze dependencies and impact of changes and releases
• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to support solution delivery
