You will run KYC/KYB/CDD reviews end to end, make hard disposition calls, and design scalable automation to improve the queue while keeping audit-ready documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in KYC/AML operations, customer due diligence, or financial compliance at fintech, bank, or fund administrator.
• Precise by default; can handle high-volume queue without accuracy loss.
• Able to work independently with broad scope and adapt to changing tools.
• Comfort with automation and AI changes in this work.

Aufgaben

• Run KYC/KYB/CDD reviews end to end, verify investors and sanctions screening with SLA.
• Make hard disposition calls; escalate cases needing enhanced due diligence.
• Serve as a consistent KYC resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Fix the system by turning queue pain points into product improvements with engineering.
• Design and iterate on automations to handle real KYC volume.
