B2C2 in the United States is seeking a KYC onboarding specialist to facilitate client onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing reviews. You will work across Front Office, Compliance, AML, Operations, Legal and Risk in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous document review, and the ability to confront risk factors while supporting revenue growth within a regulated framework.

Formación

• Experience with KYC onboarding and client lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of US Patriot Act, AML/BSA requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Engage clients to facilitate KYC onboarding and lifecycle reviews.
• Coordinate KYC onboarding across Front Office, Compliance, AML, and Legal.
• Assist in ongoing monitoring and banking inquiries as required.
• Ensure departmental requests are completed within timeframes.
• Review agreements and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Support risk classifications and due diligence updates for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal to improve policies and procedures.
