Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an AML/KYC Analyst for a multi-site contract role in Charlotte, NC, Tempe, AZ, Irving, TX or Des Moines, IA, operating in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of KYC/AML/CDD experience, strong communication skills, and a background in banking or financial services onboarding, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in KYC/AML/BSA/CIP/CDD compliance processes.
• Quality Control and assurance experience.
• Banking/financial services onboarding experience with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume KYC/onboarding tasks with attention to detail.
• Adhere to SLAs while processing 25–30 applications per day.
• Support research using public records and entity verification databases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ Years of demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of the Know your Customer (KYC), AML, BSA, CIP and CDD compliance processes.
• Proven experience in Quality Control and assurance
• Banking or Financial Services experience Account Opening or Client Onboarding experience Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• high-volume workloads & adherence to SLAs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Candidates with LexisNexis experience and prior account-opening backgrounds from major banks will be the most competitive.
• This is a high-volume production role, processing roughly 25-30 applications per day, so candidates should be comfortable working under SLAs and production metrics.
