Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) team. You will review existing accounts to ensure regulatory compliance, support BPO partners, and document decisions with clear rationale.

A strong background in risk, banking, compliance, AML, or fraud is preferred, along with excellent written communication and critical thinking. In this role, you will conduct KYC refreshes and enhanced due diligence, identify trends to reduce

• Background in risk, banking, compliance, AML, fraud or regulatory

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC Refresh and/or Enhanced Due Diligence Reviews as needed
• Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary volumes through trends and themes associated to reviews conducted
• Support our BPO partners with escalations tied to various review types tied to CIP, CDD & EDD
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and customers
• After account review, document rationale to maintain or exit decisions on customer accounts
• Identify and elevate any potential issues or concerns to management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reviews conducted
