Job summary

Mercury is seeking a sharp professional for the ODD team to strengthen KYC risk programs and controls in a fast-moving fintech environment. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives that strengthen ODD's KYC risk program and controls while ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

You will lead the development and implementation of new operational processes, collaborate with Compliance, BSA, Product, Risk Strategy, and other teams to enhance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of KYC, risk investigations, AML or sanctions experience.
• 2+ years building programs or processes.
• Self-starter capable of working in a high risk environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of financial services in regulated settings.
• Experience handling customer-facing queues and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of new operational processes for BPO outsourcing and execution.
• Partner with Compliance, BSA, Product, Risk Strategy and others to enhance the ongoing due diligence program.
• Standardize desktop procedures for KYC workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Support complex KYC Refresh and related workflow cases.
• Identify opportunities to reduce case volume with auto-clearing logic.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards to monitor control performance and remediation status.
