Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in KYC with exposure to EDD/ODD.
• Proven track record of efficiently resolving KYC cases.
• Experience in fast-paced Finance and Banking environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth regulatory knowledge for EDD/ODD processes.
• Handle due diligence for High-Risk Customers (HRC) and PEP.
• Apply established policies to case assessments ensuring compliance.
• Maintain SLA and manage assigned cases to meet deadlines.
• Proficiently use KYC tools, platforms, and software for case processing.
• Collaborate with MLRO or Customer Support to resolve questions.
• Adapt to process changes and adopt new guidelines/tools.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
