Job summary

Thatch is hiring for a KYB/KYC Compliance role focused on building durable processes and policy. You will own end-to-end case reviews and identity checks, and develop runbooks and a single source of truth for the team.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to reduce manual review, raise automation, and standardize exception handling, while building visibility through metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, or source-of-truth documentation for processes.
• Ability to review and judge ambiguous or high-risk cases within a compliance framework.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to diagnose failures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end KYB/KYC case review and identity checks with policy-based judgment.
• Build and maintain runbooks and source-of-truth docs for KYB/KYC workflows.
• Define how exceptions are handled, with documented escalation timelines.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to fix friction points and improve automation.
• Create reporting on case volume, approval rates, and review time.
