Job summary

N26 is seeking a Specialist in Know-Your-Business (KYB) to join our growing compliance team. You will support due diligence for corporate entities and Treasury counterparties, ensuring robust risk governance and smooth operations for the Treasury Front Office.

You will gain exposure to corporate ownership mapping, UBO verification, ODD, EDD, HRC, and PEP processes, applying established policies and working with KYB tools to manage complex cases in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience in KYB, Corporate Due Diligence, or general KYC operations.
• Proven track record of managing and resolving KYC cases efficiently.
• Previous experience in similar fast-paced Finance and Banking companies is desired.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply fundamental knowledge of regulatory requirements (GwG, KWG) and standard KYB procedures.
• Apply experience with due diligence processes related to High-Risk Customers (HRC) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).
• Correctly apply established policies in case assessments to ensure quality work.
• Contribute to maintaining the SLA by efficiently managing assigned cases and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate proficiency with KYB tools to process and manage complex corporate cases.
