KW Plastics is seeking a reliable Dryer Floor Operator to help manage resin flow, load and unload materials, and support startup and routine operation of drying equipment on the production line. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with the flexibility to work in inside/outside environments.

Attention to detail with labeling, reporting issues promptly, and supporting housekeeping and spill cleanup are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage plastic resin material flow on the dryer floor on production lines.
• Load, unload, and transfer materials to and from dryers and production areas.
• Assist with startup, shutdown and routine operation of drying equipment.
• Check material labels and ensure correct material handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dryer floor and surrounding areas.
• Identify and report equipment issues, material shortages or quality concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements.
• Assist with housekeeping, spill cleanup and waste removal.
• Work closely with production, maintenance and quality teams to support operations.
• General housekeeping

TYPICAL DUTIES:

• Monitor and manage plastic resin material flow on the dryer floorLoad, unload, and transfer materials to and from dryers and production areas
• Assist with startup, shutdown and routine operation of drying equipment
• Check material labels and ensure correct material handling procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dryer floor and surrounding areas
• Identify and report equipment issues, material shortages or quality concerns
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements
• Assist with housekeeping, spill cleanup and waste removal
• Work closely with production, maintenance and quality teams to support operations
• General housekeeping
• Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Able to work in various work environments (inside/outside)
• Proper use of various equipment and job-related tools
• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing or kneeling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
