Job summary

DevZero seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge our Kubernetes optimization platform with customer needs. You will collaborate with engineering to help customers understand, implement, and maximize value of the platform during evaluations and deployments.

You will conduct product demonstrations and PoC deployments, design optimization strategies, create technical documentation and best practice guides, and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple customer engagements.
Background in DevOps or platform engineering.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to provide technical expertise during the evaluation process.
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments.
Help customers design and implement optimization strategies.
Create technical documentation, guides, and best practice recommendations.
Gather customer feedback and work with product/engineering to improve the platform.
Build relationships with technical stakeholders at customer organizations.
