Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders, validate assumptions, and deliver measurable outcomes while mentoring teams and maintaining secure, scalable hosting for digital products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant product or technology development in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Platform as a Service or container orchestration across Kubernetes distributions (RKE2, EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Understanding of Kubernetes concepts and kubectl commands.
• Cloud services across multiple providers (AWS, Azure, others).
• Infrastructure-as-code and immutable infrastructure concepts.
• Clear passion for technology products and innovating in the space.
• KPI-driven environment with accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to a product development team.
• Proficiency in agile ceremonies and methodologies.
• Lead across boundaries with technical and non-technical resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Create, drive and execute product strategy for expanding Kubernetes container platform.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap prioritizing features, enhancements and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and needs.
• Navigate complex container technologies and inform decisions with insights.
• Decompose problems into work items and prioritize by value and risk.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to increase awareness and adoption.
• Define and manage metrics to measure success and inform strategy.
• Engage in discovery/test & learn to validate assumptions and direction.
• Own lifecycle management and ensure updates meet vulnerability standards.
• Balance feature delivery with lifecycle management to reduce risks.
