Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to build and sustain Kubernetes infrastructure for mission programs. You’ll join an established DevOps team focused on secure, scalable platform hosting across multiple environments.

You’ll work at the intersection of systems engineering, platform operations, and security compliance, owning infrastructure, patching, and documentation to keep the platform compliant and reliable as it grows.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph; sponsorship unavailable.
• U.S. Citizenship required; visa sponsorship not available.
• Experience supporting Linux-based systems and secure platform environments.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps, systems engineering and security teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a mission-focused technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain Kubernetes infrastructure for program services.
• Configure Kubernetes network policies within secure cluster environments.
• Support system patching and ongoing sustainment activities.
• Maintain SSP documentation and support compliance requirements.
• Apply corporate STE/STN security policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot Linux and Kubernetes platform issues.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to improve platform reliability and maintainability.
• Support multi-platform deployments of program services.
• Track technical work and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Support infrastructure changes, testing, and operational validation.
• Help maintain secure configurations and platform compliance over time.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, DevOps engineers, security teams, and mission stakeholders.
