Job summary
Culper Technology is seeking a Software Integration Engineer at multiple levels to support the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) component in the CASA Compute Environment. You will manage secure, multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters in a Linux-based setup to ensure reliability, scalability, and high availability.
The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, IaC (Ansible), and monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience or 5 years experience with degree substituted.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Kubernetes-based PaaS environments.
- Monitor and optimize platform reliability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, including networking, ingress, storage, and performance.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Podman.
- Implement IaC using Ansible.
- Create, deploy, and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes applications.
- Monitor system health using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Use Git for source control and collaboration.
