Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a flair for inspiring young learners? We are looking for a KS1 Teacher to join our welcoming and dynamic primary school in Braintree

Location: Braintree
Salary: £125 - £240 per day (£24,375 - £46,800), depending on experience and qualifications!
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start date:ASAP

About the Role:

As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching children in Years 1 and 2, creating engaging lessons, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young minds while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality, child-centered lessons
• Supporting children’s personal, social, and academic development
• Monitoring and assessing progress to ensure all children achieve their potential
• Promoting a positive learning environment with a focus on nurturing young learners
• Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support student development

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent qualification
• Has experience teaching in KS1 or working with young children
• Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about teaching
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
