Job summary

Peoplevisor is seeking a Kronos Workforce Ready Solution Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams to deliver timely, on-budget, high-quality workforce management solutions. You will translate business needs into effective Kronos configurations, design specifications, and test scripts while supporting multiple client projects concurrently.

You will facilitate sessions, analyze data, and present interim and final deliverables to executives and SMEs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kronos Workforce Ready implementation or certification.
• Experience/configuration of HR/payroll systems and related support.
• Basic facilitation knowledge and objective setting.
• Ability to manage multiple, fast-paced projects in a team setting.
• Professional interaction with executives, managers, and SMEs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability for client success.
• Ability to analyze complex data and summarize findings.
• Open to feedback, learning, and growth opportunities.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to client sites

Responsibilities

• Implement the Kronos Workforce Ready application.
• Document requirements, designs, and test scripts for workforce management software.
• Manage multiple client projects with priority-driven responses.
• Support project facilitation with notes and follow-up.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and organize results.
• Provide best-practice consulting solutions to clients.
• Offer intermediate Kronos WFR knowledge and related modules.
• Lead workforce management integrations, implementations, and upgrades on smaller engagements.
• Participate in pre-sales processes and sales exposure.
• Present materials and run sessions for small to mid-sized teams.
• Assist with administrative timekeeping and billing duties
