Position: Kronos Integration Consultant

Location: Remote

Type: Contract

Job Description:

• Expertise in Kronos Integration (UKG Pro Workforce Management) with Dell Boomi Integration.

• Experience in building integrations in Dell Boomi like Employee Import, Payroll Expert, Schedule Import, Accrual Reset, Leave Import, etc.

• Experience in setting up Postman, encryption, and decryption of source files.
  Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.

• Experience in SQL programming language.

• Experience in Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on technical design, IRD/IDD preparation, prototyping, POC, and development tasks.
• Conduct code reviews with technical leads to ensure developed code meets customer business requirements.
• Document design and code consistently throughout the design/development process.
• Adhere to best practices around code/data source control and ticket tracking during an assignment.
• Adhere to instructions and expectations around administrative activities such as time entry and HR tools.
