Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced KPI & Data Reporting Manager to lead the project analytics for large infrastructure design and construction programs in Puerto Rico. You will own KPI frameworks, develop weekly to quarterly reports, ensure data quality, and guide leadership with insights to support schedule adherence and compliance with federal grant programs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the project management field.
• Experience in consultative organizations and in project management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, lookups, data validation, charts).
• Familiarity with data information systems and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the KPI framework for assigned programs, including metric definitions, calculation methodologies, targets, thresholds, data owners, source systems, and reporting frequency.
• Develop, maintain, and improve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, executive summaries, scorecards, and dashboards for leadership and client review.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from project management, grants, budget, schedule, contractor, A&E, closeout, and other sources.
• Analyze KPI trends and root causes; identify risks and performance gaps; present recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor program milestones, workload, scheduling, and budget status to ensure successful project delivery.
