Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Mashgiach to oversee daily operations and Kosher food service at the Towson University location. The role requires Rabbi approval and collaboration with a Senior Manager to coordinate staff, prepare Kosher meals, and maintain compliance with Kosher standards.

Responsibilities include supervising Kosher status, ensuring approved products are used, and maintaining safe, organized kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Mashgiach approval by Rabbi Tzvi Weiss is required.
• Complete a sanitation course (before or during first year).
• Knowledge to operate an efficient, cost‑effective program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and Kosher status of meals.
• Ensure only certified Kosher products are used and enter the kitchen area.
• Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies.
