Job summary

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a Mashgiach/Kosher Cook to join the Food Service team on a per diem, as-needed basis. Qualifications

• Yeshiva graduate.
• Prior Mashgiach experience in hotel, food establishment or institutional setting.
• Must be able to cook and prepare Kosher food.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Kosher compliance across inventory, food production, and meal assembly.
• Oversee preparation, cooking and delivery of Kosher meals for residents.
• Assist with kitchen operations and food handling standards.
