Job summary

MINTH Group in Gadsden, AL is seeking a Korean bilingual Quality Engineer to join the expanding quality team. The role is hands‑on, involving customer interaction and ongoing process improvement in automotive manufacturing.

You will lead quality planning for new products, review customer requirements, and communicate with Korean‑speaking customers while ensuring product quality meets specifications. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field.
Professional proficiency in Korean and English for technical discussions.
2+ years of automotive quality engineering experience.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and basic QA principles.

Responsibilities

Serve as manufacturing and quality expert; hands‑on position with customer interaction.
Support APQP/PPAP during new product development and launch.
Review customer requirements and implement in manufacturing and inspection activities.
Communicate with Korean‑speaking customers on quality, complaints and actions.
Monitor process capability, identify trends and support improvements.
Investigate nonconformities using root cause analysis and problem solving.
Coordinate containment, corrective and preventive actions with stakeholders.
Prepare quality reports, inspection records and customer communications.
Participate in internal and external quality audits and trainings.
