Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS seeks a Quality Engineer to support incoming inspections, product line patrol, and outgoing quality control in Dalton, GA. You will help update factory quality rules and work within manufacturing timescales, collaborating with Quality Director and senior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in quality engineering, and fluency in Korean and English. Expect a fast-paced, climate-controlled-free environment with opportunities to train a team and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure final goods quality in the warehouse.
• Develop, monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage process changes per company policy.
• Plan, conduct, and monitor tests and inspections on materials and products.
• Regularly monitor and review data based on yield and each process quality.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
• Provide trainings and support to Quality Engineering Team.
• Accurately record data and production information.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures.
• Manage raw materials’ quality to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Support for machine calibration.
• Maintain, test, and troubleshoot quality instrumentation devices.
