Rezolut in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide administrative support to patients, register arrivals, schedule appointments, and enter demographics and insurance data in our radiology workflow.

The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset, with a minimum of 1 year of medical receptionist experience; Korean language is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients in a fast-paced radiology facility.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff, taking messages as needed.
• Schedules appointments and makes referrals.
• Submits patient demographics and insurance information into the medical record.
• Works as a team to assist clinical and clerical staff and referring physician offices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
