Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior medical receptionist experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a fast-paced radiology facility.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff with courtesy and take messages.
• Schedule appointments and make referrals.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance information into their medical record.
• Collaborate with clinical and clerical staff and referring physician offices as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
