Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Manhattan Beach seeks compassionate, Korean-speaking caregivers to support clients in their own homes in the Los Angeles area. Earn competitive pay of $20–$27 per hour with full-time or part-time opportunities, direct deposit, paid orientation, and ongoing training.

You will provide companionship, assist with activities of daily living, and communicate with Korean-speaking clients and families to help maintain independence and comfort at home.

Qualifications

• Fluent Korean speaking ability is required.
• 2 years of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients and families.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Assist with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity and comfort at home.
• Deliver culturally sensitive and compassionate care.
• Arrive on time and cover scheduled shifts reliably.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, You Will:

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients

• Communicate comfortably with Korean-speaking clients and family members

Requirements:

• Fluent Korean speaking ability required

• CNA certification preferred but not required

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications

• Current TB test

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles

• Availability at least 4 days per week

• Ability to provide compassionate, dependable, and professional care
