Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Sacramento, CA is seeking compassionate HCA (Home Care Aide) caregivers to join our team. You will provide personal care, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and daily living activities in clients' homes.

The ideal candidate is currently registered as a Home Care Aide in California, bilingual (English and Korean), with a valid TB test and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
• Must be bilingual (English and Korean).
• Valid TB test within the last 24 months.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, meal prep, cleaning).
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Monitor and document client progress and changes; report to supervisors.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.
• Offer companionship and maintain a positive, safe environment.

Position: HCA Caregiver
Location: Sacramento, CA (Notomas)
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care, based in Sacramento, is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking dedicated and caring HCA (Home Care Aide) caregivers to join our team. If you are passionate about helping others and have a heart for senior care, and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.

• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.

• Monitor and document client’s progress, any changes in condition, and report to supervisors as necessary.

• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.

• Offer companionship and ensure a positive, safe, and caring environment for each client.
