Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking dedicated HCA caregivers in Lincoln, CA to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, and monitoring client well-being in a supportive, family-oriented team.

Applicants must be a certified HCA with the California DSS, have a valid TB test, pass a background check, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Home Care Aide registered with the California Department of Social Services.
• TB test valid within the last 24 months.
• Background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with light housekeeping: laundry, meals, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to support emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document client progress and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with transfers and mobility aids as needed.
• Offer companionship and ensure a safe, positive care environment.

Position: HCA Caregiver

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care, based in Sacramento, is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking dedicated and caring HCA (Home Care Aide) caregivers to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document client’s progress, any changes in condition, and report to supervisors as necessary.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.
• Offer companionship and ensure a positive, safe, and caring environment for each client.

Qualifications:
