Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is hiring an HCA caregiver in Sacramento, CA. The role includes personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship in clients’ homes. Must be a California-registered HCA, with a valid TB test and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position: HCA Caregiver
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care, based in Sacramento, is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking dedicated and caring HCA (Home Care Aide) caregivers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document client’s progress, any changes in condition, and report to supervisors as necessary.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.
• Offer companionship and ensure a positive, safe, and caring environment for each client.
