Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Korean or Master’s with 18 graduate hours in Korean.
• SACSCOC credentialing criteria met for additional languages if taught.
• Commitment to inclusive, multicultural classroom environments.
• Experience teaching Korean in a community college setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach Korean courses to a diverse student population.
• Participate in curriculum review, program assessment, and governance.
• Administer and evaluate Korean Course Challenge Exams.
• Provide timely feedback reflecting learning outcomes.
• Mentor students in the Korean program.
• Maintain office hours and engage in college activities.
