Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Korean language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems for Korean language learning. Your linguistic insight and teaching experience will shape how AI understands, assesses, and communicates in Korean for language learners.

This remote, hourly-contract role offers minimum 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling. You will provide feedback to refine AI tutoring and contribute to higher quality AI Korean instruction.

Qualifications

• Native-level Korean
• Experience teaching Korean or evaluating learner language
• Fluent in English (C1/C2)
• Familiar with CEFR frameworks
• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment
• No prior AI experience required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Korean speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
• Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps with expert judgment
• Provide clear, structured feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts
• Contribute to raising the overall quality and reliability of AI Korean language instruction
