Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Korean Language Expert contractor to contribute linguistic expertise toward improving AI systems. You will evaluate, translate, and annotate Korean content to enhance AI models’ understanding and natural language generation.

No prior AI experience is required; your Korean proficiency and linguistic judgment matter most. You will collaborate with project participants to refine language data, develop guidelines, and ensure culturally accurate communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Korean with strong linguistic judgment.
• Ability to translate and localize between Korean and English with contextual nuance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and generate Korean-language content for accuracy, clarity, fluency, and cultural relevance.
• Analyze Korean content to assess natural usage, grammar, tone, and idiomatic correctness.
• Provide detailed linguistic feedback to improve AI training data and output quality.
• Translate and localize content between Korean and English, prioritizing contextual meaning over literal translation.
• Collaborate with project participants to improve data collection, evaluation, and annotation processes.
• Help develop language guidelines and resources for AI training and evaluation.
• Participate in regular written and verbal project discussions about progress and challenges.
