Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and gather supplies for service.
• Prepare a variety of foods including meat, seafood, vegetables, and cold items.
• Prepare sauces and garnishes for allocated station.
• Store all food items per safe handling procedures.
• Inform chef in advance of shortages and prep lunch boxes for rushes.
• Prepare dishes to order and maintain clean work areas.
