Vision RT Ltd. is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to coordinate import operations, customs clearance, and HR and financial administration for the Korean business.

You will liaise with suppliers, brokers, hospitals, and government agencies to ensure compliant, timely deliveries and maintain records. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with fluent Korean and business English/Japanese

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in operations administration, logistics coordination, import/export administration, or business operations.
• Experience working with customs clearance and import documentation.
• Fluent in Korean and business-level English/Japanese.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end import activities for equipment and shipments into Korea.
• Review shipping documents (CI, packing lists, COO, HS codes) and request corrections.
• Prepare customs pre-notification documents for brokers and authorities.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers, logistics providers, hospitals and internal teams.
• Manage customs clearance activities and respond to enquiries with supporting documents.
• Support classification and HS code investigations and resolutions.
• Maintain shipment records, track costs and keep operational documentation.
• Escalate shipment exceptions including delays and documentation issues.
• Support HR, finance and legal entity administration activities as needed.
