Accurate Communication, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks experienced Korean-English interpreters for in-person assignments on a contract, on-call basis. You’ll receive requests and accept only those that fit your schedule.

Assignments cover LAUSD, medical settings, government agencies, and community spaces. You’ll interpret for individuals with limited English proficiency, provide consecutive interpretation, and maintain confidentiality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of professional interpreting experience.
• Full fluency in Korean and English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret for individuals with limited English proficiency across a range of social service settings.
• Provide consecutive interpretation between English and Korean.
• Listen to complete statements in one language and render them accurately in the other, including the response back.
• Adjust between close and meaning-based interpretation as the setting requires.
• Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and professional conduct at all times.
