Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of professional legal experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and summarize weekly updates from SEA Legal and North America Legal & Compliance.
• Identify key legal and regulatory issues affecting the business.
• Conduct legal research and prepare issue-spotting analyses.
• Prepare weekly reports in Korean for management.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
