JND in the DFW area of Texas is hiring Korean bilingual QA/Test Engineers specializing in software testing, AI feature testing, 4G/5G network and field testing to ensure mobile device quality. Entry-level candidates are welcome and training will be provided.

You will develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases; detect, document, and track defects with clear, reproducible steps; and perform field testing on live carrier networks to validate functionality against QA requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering preferred; relevant work experience acceptable in lieu of degree
• 0–3 years of QA/testing experience; entry-level welcomed; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test procedures precisely
• Korean/English bilingual ability highly preferred for collaboration with global teams

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Detect, document, and track defects with reproducible steps
• Perform field testing with mobile handsets on live networks
• Analyze product quality and failure cases; provide detailed technical reports to R&D
• Collaborate with Product Management to improve quality and repairs productivity
