Job summary

JND is hiring QA/Test Engineers to cover software testing, AI features, 4G/5G network testing, and field tests for mobile devices in the DFW area. You will develop and execute test plans, document defects with clear steps, and perform field testing on live carrier networks to ensure QA and carrier requirements are met.

Strong Korean/English bilingual ability is highly preferred for collaboration with global R&D and headquarters teams; entry-level candidates are welcome with training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; work experience may substitute.
• 0–3 years in software, network, or hardware testing; entry-level welcomed with training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans and test cases; document defects with reproducible steps.
• Perform field testing on live networks and validate requirements.
• Analyze product quality and failure cases; provide technical reports to R&D and product teams.
