Job summary

JND in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring Korean bilingual QA / Test Engineers across software, network, field testing and product quality for mobile devices. Build and execute test strategies, plans, and cases; detect, document, and track defects with clear steps; perform field testing on live networks and validate functionality against QA and carrier requirements.

You will analyze product quality, prepare detailed reports for R&D and product teams; training is provided for entry-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field preferred; work experience can substitute.
• 0–3 years of QA/testing experience; entry-level welcome with training.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong sense of ownership and reliable in completing testing on schedule.
• Korean/English bilingual ability is a strong plus for collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases; detect, document, and track defects with clear, reproducible steps
• Perform functional testing of mobile software and AI-powered features across scenarios, languages, and conditions
• Conduct LTE/5G field testing and validate on live networks; ensure QA and carrier requirements are met
• Analyze product quality and failure cases; provide detailed reports to R&D and product teams
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product quality and repair productivity; participate in office and field inspections as needed
