Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking Korean language experts for an AI training project. The role focuses on evaluating and improving AI-generated Korean for learning and instruction, shaping how AI understands, assesses, and communicates in Korean for learners worldwide.

Ideal candidates will be native-level Korean speakers with teaching or evaluation experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with CEFR frameworks. This is a remote, hourly contract with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Korean.
• Experience teaching Korean or evaluating learner language.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
• Familiar with CEFR proficiency frameworks.
• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Korean speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality.
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+.
• Apply expert judgment to identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps.
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and pedagogically sound Korean.
• Provide structured feedback that strengthens AI tutoring and language-learning models.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts.
