Position

We are seeking a Konica Minolta Production Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Tucson, AZ area. This is a field position covering a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, servicing Tucson and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customers
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing solutions for unusual problems
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience servicing and repairing Konica Minolta production-level equipment
• Advanced Konica Minolta certifications are required
• Strong computer knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 applications
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; company vehicle provided
