Position

We are seeking a Canon/Oce' Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Tucson, AZ area. This is a field position covering a territory near you, servicing Tucson and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines.
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customers.
• Communicating effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Developing solutions for unusual problems.
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical mindset.
• Canon and/or Oce' Vario Series Certification & service experience (including Titan & Colorado Machines).
• Experience with Canon, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge.
